Amplifi Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Amplifi, an Efficiency Architects product operated by Ascension Systems LLC. By using Amplifi, you agree to these Terms.
Your content and approvals
You retain responsibility for the content, information, files, instructions, and materials you provide. Amplifi may assist with research, drafting, editing, organization, recommendations, and social-media workflows. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication and for confirming that claims, offers, rights, permissions, disclosures, and other material are appropriate for your use.
AI-assisted output
Amplifi uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on Amplifi as legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice. Verify important facts and decisions independently.
Third-party services
Features may interact with third-party platforms or services. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations. Amplifi does not control third-party platform decisions, outages, API changes, account restrictions, or content-moderation actions.
Intellectual property
You must have the rights needed to use materials you submit. Do not use Amplifi to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Amplifi and its software, design, branding, and underlying systems remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not use Amplifi for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware, deceptive manipulation, unauthorized access, rights violations, or other activity prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
Amplifi is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ascension Systems LLC and Efficiency Architects are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party platform losses arising from use of the service to the extent such limitations are permitted by applicable law.
