Amplifi Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Amplifi, an Efficiency Architects product operated by Ascension Systems LLC, handles information used to provide the service.

Information we process

We may process account and contact information, business and audience information you provide, prompts and instructions, uploaded materials, campaign content, approval activity, product usage and technical information, and information required to operate connected features.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and improve Amplifi, create and organize requested content, personalize workflows, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, support users, and meet legal obligations.

AI and service providers

Information needed to perform a requested feature may be processed by service providers that support hosting, AI-assisted generation, analytics, communications, payments, or connected-platform functionality. We limit use to what is reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service.

Social platforms

If you choose to connect a third-party social platform, information exchanged with that platform is also subject to its privacy policy and permissions. Connecting a platform is not required to begin the free Amplifi experience.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose what business information and content you submit and whether to connect supported third-party services. Requests concerning personal information may be submitted through Efficiency Architects, subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification.

We may update this policy as Amplifi evolves. The date above identifies the current version.
